Marker Standards: Conversions between laboratories

Commercial DNA testing laboratories follow different nomenclature for determining their marker values.  The only accurate and reliable method to determine conversions required between different laboratories is by comparing the nomenclature system (motifs) used by the labs.  This page contains the latest conversions between Genebase and laboratories which openly publish their Y-DNA STR nomenclature.  To date, only Genebase and Sorenson have made their marker nomenclature available to the public.  As more laboratories publish their nomenclature, they will be listed here. 

This table is based on Genebase version 3.5.
